Teachers be cautious of your fledglings, guide them wisely and instill patience more than anything else; not so as to stifle progress, but to ensure a natural growth. Be wise with them, for every student desires to be the teacher; and if not careful in the lessons there is a monster that brews inside waiting to challenge. Be mindful of the outside ascendancy which may present itself a grave danger to the developmental process; it would also be wise to be cautious of your own influences in their development so as not to trouble the natural waters.
