05. Working on various projects with poet/activist (world worker) Tantra-Zawadi

06. Spoken Vizion’s Magazine

07. Having a poem measured against Rumi (Thanks Mikki)

08. Seeing Jose James at the Cotton Club with a brother who gets it

09. Move to Japan

10. Submitting work for the Haiti Relief Project (who said poetry can’t change a world)

11. Be able to speak to a listening audience about the importance of Black Economics (thanks NAACP, Alfonso Bragg in Hawaii)

12. Releasing 3 bodies of work

13. Urban Voodoo’s Live and Direct album was right on time

14. Watching hard working service members reach heights they deserve in their sacrifices (go ahead BM3)

15. Discovering I had more to do than to rest confident in what I had done

16. Witnessing the bloom of Epiphany’s Soulflower

17. Watching the sunrise from my window each morning with a smile

18. A wife who still loves the way I smile at her after 12 years of friendship

19. A new connection with family and friends

20. Witnessing the Tree and Fruit reunite (it’s okay if you don’t get it, personal)

21. God’s affirmation of my purpose and mission

22. You!

*there are many more events, but I could be here all day, and those I mention by name may need to hear it most…but every impact was no less great.
