One of the many great scholars to ever rise from the black race is John Henrik Clarke; his messages and knowledge shaped the minds of many would be scholars and intellectuals. His work is still studied today by the few who are fortunate enough to be familiar with legacy–a sad statement if I might add considering the film posted below, in which Dr. Clarke states that history to a people is like a mother to her child. I personally reference much of Dr. Clarke’s works and documented accounts. I urge you to watch this film, courtesy of google video, which covers John Henrik Clarke’s history told only the best way a story can be told: by Dr. Clark himself. Who is telling your story…consider this, it’s his-story.
